Our client's unprecedented growth and the acquisition of new presses have opened up opportunities for experienced Flexo Press Operator for Flexible Packaging at our Nashville area facility. Their commitment to quality and delivery has made our client a renowned provider of high-quality bags and other flexible packaging solutions. Your Role As a Flexo Press Operator for Flexible Packaging , your primary responsibility will be operating W & H Novaflex, Comexi, or KYMC flexo press to produce bags, food packaging, and sleeves. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.
Requirements
- Target experience is 3 to 15 years' experience in operating a wide web flexo press
- A proven track record in printing bags or flexible packaging
- Ability to work in a high-speed, multitasking environment
- Work Monday - Thursday from 7pm-7am.
Responsibilities
- Operate flexo press to print bags, food packaging, and sleeves efficiently and effectively
- Adherence to the production schedule ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure quality control by executing necessary adjustments
Benefits
- An attractive starting hourly rate of $30 - $38, depending on experience
- Shift differential of $1.50 and overtime
