About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. This role ensures world-class customer service and sales support. Responsibilities also include shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, which involves cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
  • Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
