HIRING for: Security Flex Officer - Full Time and Part Time Work locations cover the metro east ranging from Godfrey to Highland, Edwardsville to Cahokia Heights, Pontoon Beach to Sauget. Interviews will be in-person at our office. Open interviews: Every Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am. Proper interview attire required to be interviewed. DRESS TO IMPRESS!!! Interview Location: 141 Market Place (intersection of Jerome and Market Place) Suite 108 Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208 Call 618-257-2815 for any questions (Press option for Sherrico or Adam). Available shifts for Security Officers will include 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for an Illinois PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up/down flights of stairs. This position is about 75% to 80% standing/walking.
• This position will be up to about 75% to 80% of the time outside.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record needed. This is a driving position. (All our positions include driver certification).
• Have reliable transportation (Public transportation is not available at most work site locations).
• Will need to be available from 1:00pm to 7:00am.
• Will need to be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during hours of 1:00pm to 7:00am.
• Will need to be available all holidays.
• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or willing to complete a GED program.
• Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great diligence and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and use proper de-escalation.

Nice To Haves

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a PLUS!!
