This is a temporary position. This is a FLEX position. Serves as one of the initial points of contact for HQ campus related functions, HQ Tours, HQ Tour guide, Guest and Associate inquiries, and other functions as needed • Serves as a point of contact for all associate workplace inquiries and assistance, including routing to appropriate Workplace Services/Facilities teams • Supports and assists with coordination of service requests for the Workplace Janitorial, Operations and Corporate Security Teams • Interacts professionally with all clients, guests, and Workplace Services team daily • Works collaboratively with other Workplace Services specialists to complete daily tasks and event planning as needed • Provides support to Workplace Management leadership on tasks/projects as needed • Anticipate associates service needs, including asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible. • Address associate service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. • Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt associate service • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently. • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures • Strives to improve service performance and actively promotes the Workplace Services team • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers
