About The Position

The ideal Flex Digital Tech is motivated, results-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Excels in managing the digital workflow, ensuring efficient file handling and troubleshooting technical issues. A day in the life… Support the Photographers with lighting digital photography and video for e-commerce operations. Work with Photographers on lighting diagrams, and equipment maintenance. Manages and optimizes digital assets, ensuring high-quality image processing, and supports creative teams. Collaborate with both studio peers and external partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process, streamlining workflow and driving efficiency. Manage color accuracy and lighting quality for optimal consistency across studios. Identify production issues and proactively implement solutions that align with studio KPI's.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fashion/product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required
  • Professional experience in a high volume, high production environment, with proven ability to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build positive relationships across teams and drive the direction of photography and process in a studio environment.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and manage change in a positive and proactive way.
  • Strong technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Capture One software and color calibration software.
