About The Position

A Bright Future provides resources to adults with physical and mental disabilities. We are looking for people who have a passion for caring for others. We are currently looking for full time CLI's (Community Living Instructors). Description: Community Living Instructors provide necessary instruction to participants as well as to assist them with maintaining their independence and safety in the community.

Requirements

• 0-6 months experience providing care or teaching living skills to others. this experience can be paid; unpaid, or volunteer experience.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• If no experience can be demonstrated; A Bright Future Inc, will hold mandatory trainings prior to working with participants.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR and First Aid Training, or willingness to be trained within 90 days of employment.
• Negative TB test/X-ray (prior to employment)
• Department of Justice fingerprint clearance (prior to employment)
• Successful completion or Pre-Employment drug screening (prior to employment)
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to talk and hear
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach within arm's length
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 40lbs
• Possess visual acuity
• Possibly drive during their assigned work shift.
