As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to: Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance. Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair
