As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to: Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
