Position Overview We are seeking reliable, professional Flex Unarmed Security Officers to provide safety and protection for a large warehouse operation. This role is designed for officers who can adapt to changing schedules and staffing needs while maintaining a strong security presence.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state-issued security license or ability to obtain one (if applicable)
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert on any shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability required
Nice To Haves
- Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility and designated areas
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property
- Observe, report, and document any unusual activities or safety concerns
- Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
- Follow all company and client policies and procedures
- Be available to respond to short-notice scheduling needs when possible
