About The Position

TRIDENT is hiring a dependable and professional Flex Security Officer to support multiple client sites throughout the Boulder area. This role is ideal for officers who are adaptable, reliable, and interested in long-term growth within the security industry. The Flex Officer position is designed to provide broad, hands-on experience across different security environments. Officers in this role support open shifts, special projects, and coverage needs while gaining the skills required to advance into supervisory and leadership roles.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide professional security coverage across multiple client locations

Fill in for open shifts, call-offs, vacations, and special assignments

Conduct foot patrols and standing posts for extended periods

Monitor assigned areas for safety, security, and policy compliance

Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times

Communicate with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer

Respond promptly to changing assignments or last-minute coverage needs

Uphold TRIDENT standards, procedures, and customer service expectations

Requirements

• Reliable and professional security officer comfortable in dynamic environments
