This is a temporary position. The Manager, Ambassador & VIP Programs reports to the Director, Ambassador & Growth Initiatives. This role’s primary focus will be supporting the program management of Ambassador and VIP programs and coordinating broader Member Experience team activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive manager to support key operational processes, team coordination, and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of daily tasks, data integrity, and collaboration across internal teams.
