You will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication to staff and visitors. Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience OR 3+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Carry and maintain authorized firearm and related equipment in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with branch personnel and/or local first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
