The Fleet Transactions Consultant supports the Fleet Transactions Team by managing all aspects of new aircraft acquisition and aircraft retirement in alignment with Southwest’s long‑term financial and operational strategy. They’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders on aircraft purchases, lease negotiations, and transaction execution. They’ll develop and deliver capital expenditure forecasts, lease payment modeling, and technical analysis to support informed, data‑driven fleet decisions. The Fleet Transactions Consultant plays a key role in maximizing fleet value and minimizing financial and operational risk through strong analytical insight and strategic partnerships. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
