About The Position

The Fleet Support Services Manager is responsible for overseeing certain support operations of our All Four Fleet Management Company, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency, as well as acting as the internal “voice of the customer” to ensure the highest quality customer experience. This role bridges strategy and execution by managing costs, overseeing staff, enforcing process and compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The Fleet Support Services Manager partners closely with Operations Coordinators and cross-functional teams to keep our fleets running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet or related support operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of fleet operations, tax, title, and licensing processes, logistics, and compliance regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise support services team; assign workloads and ensure accuracy and productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow while fostering accountability and a collaborative culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coach team members, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.
  • Establish best practices, document processes, and periodically evaluate and revise to achieve best business and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality fleet services.
  • Assist in development and management departmental budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive cost-control measures and operational efficiencies that align with company growth goals.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, licensing, and regulatory documentation.
  • Leverage technology solutions such as telematics and fleet tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to align fleet availability with customer demand.
  • Identify and apply industry best practices to strengthen operations and customer service.
