Directs and coordinates operational activities of mobile equipment department and is responsible to plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties: Schedules needed mobile equipment repair or service work. Coordinates operation and maintenance of equipment, storage facilities, and repair facilities Assign trucks and passenger cars for use. Generates preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tickets weekly for the maintenance team. Generate PM and CM reports for each department as required. Close PM and CM tickets weekly for each maintenance team. Attend required meetings when necessary such as: Planning, Safety, TIP, QNPM, CAC, PM/CM Reviews. Review and change job plans as required (i.e., when new equipment is installed). Review and support new technology on PM's and CM's. Support PMP workshops, job plans and PM work orders. Train new users in Maximo and other appropriate systems. Analyze data to evaluate the current process and process changes. Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities Communicate significant issues or develop identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.
