As a Fleet Sales Specialist you will engage, develop, and maintain relationships with fleet-focused organizations within an assigned territory to support their automotive maintenance and repair needs. Serve as the primary customer interface by deploying a consultative sales approach to drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, and prospect for new local and national fleet opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, retail locations, and leadership to ensure effective communication, strong customer partnerships, and alignment with overall business objectives What You’ll Do The Fleet Sales Specialist - Retail will engage, grow, and maintain relationships with organizations in the assigned territory that utilize vehicles in their operations and that require automotive maintenance and repair. Support Goodyear National Account Retail efforts via communication and sales calls to showcase the Goodyear Company Owned Retail Outlets and Roll program. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the customer interface at the territory level and fostering consultative relationships with target accounts. Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with various business stakeholders to ensure effective two-way communications and profitable growth of our products aligned with the overall business strategy. Responsible for internal communication with peers, Company Owned Stores, and Retail Field Leadership. Deploying a consultative selling approach, the associate will deliver account objectives for sales revenue and profitability through existing programs, as well as prospect for new opportunities with local and national fleets.
