About The Position

In this position... You will perform a variety of Fleet Program related tasks to support overall rental, commercial and government fleet sales and share goals. Selected candidate will support development and implementation of legacy incentive programs as well as situational programs to address specific fleet sales needs. In developing these programs, position will offer opportunity to learn complexity of fleet business segments, understanding of fleet customer needs, and appreciation of unique dealer support required above and beyond retail processes to achieve corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or other related Business Management related fields

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the following Ford internal systems and resources is preferred: CONCEPS Ordering, Sales Reporting, SmartVINCENT, MOCM, EDMS, NAVIS, Vehicle Visibility, FMCdealer, I/A Online, OF Data Warehouse reporting, Visions, Order Guides, Production Timing Charts, & strong MS Office capabilities.
  • Previous customer service, fleet sales or fleet sales support experience a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Incentive Support: Support the development, communication, and administration of model year based off- invoice National Commercial Street Incentive program.
  • Support of the development, communication, and administration of Commercial Bonus Cash, and Fleet Equalization programs including interface with supporting vendor.
  • Rental Incentive Support: Administration of model year based off- invoice National Rental Risk Incentive programs
  • Coordination of Rental Repurchase minimum equipment programs with Order Codification
  • General Fleet Program Support: Administration of fleet marketing programs such as Dealer Fleet Support, Fleet Waive Advertising, Fleet Advertising Credit, Fleet Minimal Fuel Fill, Holdback, EV credit, Finance Charge Reimbursement, and Lincoln Special Adjustment.
  • Develop required program announcements and communications to FordPro management, fleet customers, Ford/Lincoln dealers, and business partners such as Fleet Management Companies.
  • Interface with key business partners such as Order Codification, Vehicle Invoicing & Drafting, North American Sales Accounting, Fleet Finance, U.S. Pricing, and Asia/Pacific Price File Maintenance team to facilitate fleet vehicle ordering/pricing/invoicing edit issues.
  • Monitor program usage for potential fraudulent abuse by closely analyzing IHS fleet registration data and supporting Dealer Audit team in customer/dealer audit investigations.
  • Fleet to stock audit process to monitor dealer FIN mis-use
  • Review exceptions requests presented by dealers, fleet customers, or fleet sales managers.
  • Provide administrative assistance in edit issue resolution as it relates to ordering, pricing, invoicing, etc.
  • Make appropriate adjustments as fleet incentive programs evolve.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Extract sales, order, and customer data from appropriate resources for fleet ad hoc report requests.
  • Typical reports are utilized by management team to support key sales, incentive, service advisory, and fleet policy decisions.
