With 15 distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, HF Foods Group aims to supply the increasing demand for Asian American restaurant cuisine. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: As a Fleet Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and compliance of fleet operations. You will help build a strong safety and compliance culture at both the distribution center (DC) and corporate levels to ensure at-fault fleet accidents are minimized, risks are mitigated, we are compliant with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and drivers and the public are kept safe.

Requirements

• 3 years+ of Safety experience in related transportation industry.
• 2 years+ of Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance.
• Previously provided safety compliance to both a local and non-local workforce or trucking fleet.
• Experience handling resistance to change in process, procedures, and policies to arrive at cooperation.
• Experience in fleet safety, establishing strong fleet safety behaviors throughout an entity, championing safety and DOT best practices, and creating/influencing a culture of safety.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline - preferred
• Additional languages – bilingual Mandarin or Spanish is preferred.
