Overview: The Fleet Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight of Synchrony’s corporate fleet program. This role serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator across multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective sourcing, acquisition, maintenance, compliance, safety, and disposition of company vehicles. The manager drives cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the fleet lifecycle, supporting Synchrony’s business units and executive leadership. The role will also support a corporate hoteling and flexible office space management app (Cloudbooking and Deskpass). The role focuses on improving the desk/room booking experience, managing space inventory and booking policies, and partnering with the software vendor, Facilities, Real Estate, IT, and Security on workflows and integrations.
