What will you be doing? The Fleet Operations Advisor – Licensing and Compliance will be responsible for supporting the handling of various licensing cases and acting as a client-facing representative, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. They provide tailored expertise to clients, participate in prospect calls, and analyze reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves creating and updating knowledge articles, revising licensing rules, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. The advisor also coaches team members, demonstrates professionalism, and adapts to changing circumstances while continuously improving performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • 5+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields

Nice To Haves

  • Account management or project management experience preferred.
  • Data analytic or reporting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
  • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required
  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and processes is strongly preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Supports the handling of all Licensing case types on an as-needed basis dependent on the capacity of other roles
  • Acts as a client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Delivers tailored expertise to clients by participating in prospect calls and other client interactions, ensuring their specific needs and concerns are addressed effectively
  • Prepares and analyzes reports related to case management and rejection trends, providing insights to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Creates and updates knowledge articles, ensuring the information is up-to-date and serves as a reliable resource for team members and clients
  • Develops and revises Licensing pre-requisite rules based on new information discovered, or observations made during handling Licensing cases
  • Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
