About The Position

Fleet Member Zion Ponderosa, Experience our story, create your own How you can make a difference Bring up-beat passion for hospitality and service to guests Lead and inspire others on the team to feel joy in our services Make lasting relationships with guests and staff while inspiring the love of Zion Be a part of the operations team bringing new ideas for our property What you’ll be doing Schedule or perform all necessary maintenance for the entire fleet for East Zion Adventures and Zion Ponderosa Resort Learn and develop skills to properly work on all vehicles including but not limited to Jeeps, Vehicles, Heavy Equipment and Carts etc. by whatever means necessary so that we eliminate major maintenance failures where possible Ensure that spare parts are on hand and available so down time for fleet vehicles are minimal When needed be available to assist in other projects What you will need to be successful Passion for hospitality, excellent service, and team success Have team attitude that exemplifies our core values of: humble, hungry, smart, loyal, and passionate Ability to be people smart, to lead others, and set a good example for other staff Organizational skills to manage and coordinate Preventative Maintenance duties/schedules to be performed regularly Compensation and Benefits Rate of pay is $18 an hour Paid leave accrual based on employee manual stipulations: hire to 5 th anniversary, 15 days (accrued at a rate of .05775 per hour) Bonus opportunities available Health, vision, dental, and life insurances packages available (wait times and management level restrictions apply, must be year round full time) benefits for your position require a 90 day waiting period 401k with monthly company match, must complete one year full time Discounts on all resort outlets including F&B, Recreation and Lodging Why work for Zion Ponderosa Zion Ponderosa is a full service resort located on a large property that borders the east side of Zion National Park in southern Utah.
