About The Position
Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned business looking to add rock star team members. We are currently looking for qualified applicants for Fleet Maintenance. Fleet Mechanics will work under the direction of the Production Manager, will coordinate, schedule, provide technical diagnostics, and perform proper repairs, setup and maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment (small engine as well), ensuring safe operation and equipment available for all uses.
Requirements
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance to brakes, oil changes, tires, alternators, AC repairs, compressors, small engine repair, electrical and other common diagnostics
- Assist in maintaining parts and materials inventory. Order supplies and maintain related records and files.
- Schedule and assign repairs and maintenance work as well as building maintenance and clean-up duties as required.
- Maintain maintenance and repair records.
- Participate in employee training programs and provide technical training/assistance to shop personnel as required.
