We’re looking for a hands-on Fleet & Facilities Manager to lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet and site operations in Chicago area. This role is ideal for a technical fleet leader who thrives in fast-paced distribution environments and enjoys owning preventative maintenance strategy, DOT compliance, and team development. You’ll have direct oversight of diesel mechanics, maintenance staff, and fleet compliance, ensuring our vehicles are road-ready, safe, and operating at peak efficiency. While facilities oversight is part of the role, the primary focus is fleet performance, uptime, and technical excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence operational reliability, control maintenance costs, and build a best-in-class fleet operation.
