About The Position

America’s Service Line, LLC, the private fleet to American Foods Group, LLC, has a full-time 1st shift Fleet Maintenance Facilities opening in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are searching for someone who is outgoing and dedicated to supporting our team. Fleet Maintenance Facilities provide superior service and support to our maintenance department and our office personnel, which in turn allows our maintenance technicians to better service our drivers and our office personnel to work in a welcoming environment. As our Fleet Maintenance Facilities, you will: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fleet maintenance shop. Perform routine facility upkeep and light building maintenance tasks. Conduct initial visual inspections on tractors and trailers entering the facility to support safe and efficient shop flow. Support maintenance technicians by keeping work areas stocked, clean, and functional. Assist with shop organization, waste disposal, and recycling efforts, including daily removal of scrap parts and metal to designated receptacles. Monitor facility conditions and proactively address issues or report repair needs. Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment. Interact professionally with fleet maintenance staff, drivers, and office personnel. Take initiative to identify and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Move equipment in and out of the shop area. Remove snow from sidewalks and apply snow melt when necessary. Clean building and shop floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming) and empty trash in office and shop areas. Clean and remove debris from the shop area, using proper chemicals as required. Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have or are currently working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must have a mechanical aptitude.
  • Must have the ability to operate all shop equipment and Company vehicles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Paccar system.
  • Class A CDL.
