We’re looking to fill in an immediate opening as a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Administrator at our Houston location

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel
• Process-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience in business administration would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Keep our fleet running smoothly by updating maintenance records, service bookings, and POs in the system.
• Support vehicle reconditioning, rigging, registration, plating, and decal application.
• Help coordinate vehicle transport, deliveries, and pickups across branches.
• Track repairs, recalls, and customer chargebacks with detailed MARC checklists.
• Assist the rental department with damage reports, estimates, and invoicing documentation.
• Support operational efficiency by reporting issues, coordinating driver trips, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customers.
