About The Position

Responsible for maintaining corporate fleet of one or more locations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
  • Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
  • Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
  • 1-3 years previous experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate database and files for maintenance of Department of Transportation (DOT) records.
  • Oversee integrity of issuance, maintenance and use of corporate gas cards.
  • Coordinate database and files for drivers with Commercial Driver’s License.
  • Keep vehicles in inventory in safe working order, properly maintained, plated, licensed and repaired as necessary.
  • Regular, documented hands-on inspections of fleet in their location to include reporting of issues/violations and coordination of fiscally responsible repairs.
  • Teaching and accountability of drivers in regards to proper documentation needed for issuance and operation of vehicles.
  • Maintaining all vehicle data with 100% accuracy in Penguin.
  • Assist with other data coordination projects as assigned.
