Our Team is Kind of a Big Deal! UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Fleet Coordinator to join our community. As a Fleet Coordinator , you will review, organize, and maintain accurate files and other required documents for all vehicles in the First Aid division fleet. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn UniFirst computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience and/or training is required.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing reports and business correspondence professionally.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of the fleet vehicles for the First Aid division.
  • Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork to support compliance.
  • Notify applicable staff to schedule preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure vehicle mileage amounts are updated weekly
  • Coordinates registration, initial tag, title, and tag renewals for vehicles
  • Assists field staff with transfer and retirement of vehicles
  • Facilitates management of company fuel cards.
  • Communicates and coordinates with field staff regarding miscellaneous van details and status updates
  • Notifies and facilitates vehicle recalls with field staff and leadership
  • Maintains personal property tax forms on all vehicles
  • Works with the Department of Revenue on all document processing
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
