Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, logistics, or related administrative support
  • Minimum 2+ years post–high school education; college degree preferred (construction, logistics, or business-related fields a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand financial tools and master Henkels & McCoy fleet and internal systems
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, field personnel, and management related to fleet operations
  • Coordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle and equipment assignments, availability tracking, and utilization
  • Maintain accurate records for fleet assets including registrations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and compliance documentation
  • Work directly with field employees to support vehicle and equipment needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely service
  • Learn and utilize multiple internal and external fleet management systems to produce required reports in a timely manner
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
  • Audit and track fleet-related costs, usage data, and documentation for accuracy
  • Ensure all fleet information is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed accurately and on time to appropriate stakeholders
  • Support compliance with company safety policies, DOT requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Perform general administrative duties related to fleet operations
  • Other duties as assigned
