About The Position

The Fleet Coordinator supports all administrative functions related to SavATree’s fleet of trucks and equipment. This role works closely with branch employees, state agencies, vendors, and other fleet team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold a high standard for fleet management.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration processes in a multi-state environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with titling and registration processes in a multi-state environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Notary Public commission, or willingness to obtain a Notary Public commission upon hire
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • PowerPoint proficient
  • Experience managing fuel card systems
  • Expense reporting experience

Responsibilities

  • Proactive state vehicle registration renewals
  • All processing activities related to fuel cards
  • Handle toll violation processing
  • Maintain and update data in the SavATree Fleet Information Management System
  • Support Telematic installation and hardware ordering
  • Create and process purchase orders as needed to support fleet operations
  • Perform other tasks as required by business needs and management
  • Creation of purchase orders for registration renewals
