Serve as the Operations Manager for the district-wide equipment program. Responsible for band disposal of rental and non-rental equipment. Supervise, guide and coach staff. Resolve technical and administrative problems. Develop district equipment policies and procedures. Oversee processes to meet end user equipment needs through acquisition and, or rental and leasing contracts. Manage staffing levels and assignments, productivity monitoring and workload planning.
