The Fleet Administrative/Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Commercial Fleet Sales Manager and ensuring an efficient, organized, and compliant fleet sales operation at Carter Myers Automotive. This position is responsible for vehicle inventory activities, pre-delivery inspections, inside sales support, and coordination of fleet logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment. Travel: 25–50% throughout Central Virginia
