Also responsible for maintaining computerized fleet analysis by keeping Maximo records current and accurate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two (2) years of computer experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate vehicle data with Maximo for Fleet, along with running various Maximo reports.
  • Prepare parts reports.
  • Work order input.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files.
  • Prepare accounts payable submissions to Shared Services for approval by BU Fleet Manager.
  • Maintain A/P vendor list.
  • Annual Safety training. Local vehicle licensing & distribution of registrations.
  • Prepare necessary purchase orders.
  • Reconcile P-card statements.
  • Other general clerical duties: Telephone and Filing.
  • Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
  • Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
  • Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
