About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Account Representative to develop and manage relationships with business customers who purchase fuel and/or car wash services for their fleets. This role focuses on generating new business accounts, maintaining existing customer relationships, and increasing fuel and/or car wash sales through fleet and commercial accounts. The essential functions of a Fleet Account Representative include but are not limited to: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office programs including Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
  • High degree of confidentiality related to company financial information
  • Able to work independently and to plan, organize and prioritize work
  • Frequent sitting in standard office environment
  • May involve visiting local businesses and fleet operators
  • Must have valid driver’s license, have access to a vehicle and be able to provide documentation of auto insurance coverage on vehicle.
  • Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new fleet and commercial fuel accounts with local businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers
  • Promote and sell fleet fuel programs and/or car wash services
  • Meet with local businesses to explain account benefits, rebates, and fueling options
  • Monitor customer activity and ensure account satisfaction
  • Coordinate with store/corporate management to support fleet customer needs
  • Track sales activity, leads, and account performance
  • Assist with customer issues or concerns related to accounts and billing
  • Collaborate with 3 rd party providers to set up accounts, when needed, and resolve account issues
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
