A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Requirements

  • Education / Skills required for this role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
  • Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Travel Required

Responsibilities

  • Create and achieve annual budget for region (MAINTAIN / DEVELOP) This is the sales goal/commitment to Adrian Steel
  • Achieve goal for specified percentage of market opportunity in region (GROW)
  • Identify and articulate customers’ business problem(s) and goals to Adrian Steel team
  • Work with Solutions Lead and Fleet Account Lead to ensure customer solution plan is on target
  • Implement and lead/facilitate FOUNDATION MEETINGS for top 10 customers in region A FOUNDATION MEETING is a collaborative planning/execution meeting inclusive of a cross-functional team comprised of both external and internal players. The goal of the FOUNDATION MEETING is to build and execute customer strategy effectively. The participants of the meeting include: the fleet customer, the OEM, the LMC and Adrian Steel)
  • Ensure the solution we create is good for BOTH the customer and Adrian Steel – responsible to build a mutually-beneficial partnership
