About The Position

C.H. Robinson is looking for driven Flatbed Sales Executives to help build a fast‑moving, startup‑style flatbed brokerage inside a global leader. In this role, you will proactively pursue and win new business from a curated set of warm target accounts—then own and grow those relationships with a true hunter‑meets‑farmer mindset. You will partner side‑by‑side with our capacity team to secure trucks and move freight efficiently, all while fueling a strong AGP‑focused pipeline. In this role, you will thrive by picking up the phone, staying hungry to grow business, and embracing the energy of a tight, co‑located 8‑person team.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of previous sales and/or account management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)

Responsibilities

  • Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling C.H. Robinson’s diverse portfolio of services
  • Oversees successful completion of day-to-day commitments
  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
  • Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics
  • Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
