About The Position

LST Group is currently seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead. If you are the “go to” for flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.

Requirements

• Ability to identify double brokers/shady carriers
• Ability to spot quote flatbed shipments
• Carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads
• Excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications
• Comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.
• Able and willing to work with a flatbed carrier sales/operations team
• 5+ years of logistics experience
