Requirements
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Must possess your own tools to perform repairs efficiently.
- A "fixed-right-the-first-time" mentality and an acute attention to detail.
- Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment and dealership DMS systems.
- Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe, acceptable driving record.
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Flat Rate experience preferred.
- Acura or Honda experience is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance, from sophisticated electronics and engine diagnostics to routine factory-scheduled services.
- Execute thorough vehicle inspections to ensure client safety and identify necessary "red-flag" repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stall in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors to provide transparent and accurate repair descriptions.
- Stay current on technical bulletins and factory recalls through our paid training programs.
