Professional appearance and communication

Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns
Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and work area
Diligent about driver safety and obey all federal, state and local law
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments
Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer
