About The Position

Flaggers / Parking Attendant Needed! Pay Rate: $20 per hour Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) Location: Arsenal Yards in Watertown, MA Shift & Schedule: Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Saturday & Sunday 12:00PM - 8:00PM Applications will be accepted until job is closed. Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Flaggers for part-time opportunities to start immediately. What we're looking for: Direct patrons where to park. Traffic enforcement - You will keep traffic moving and disperse double-parked cars. You will ensure EV Charging Stations are operational Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets. Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings. Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit. Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are an independent, self-starter.
• You are reliable and dependable.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
