About The Position

Stanley Chevrolet is a family-owned dealership proudly serving the Belfast, Maine community with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, integrity, and long-term growth. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Fixed Operations Director to lead our Service and Parts departments. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader to step into a dealership with significant untapped potential and make a meaningful impact by improving processes, driving performance, and building a high-performing team. Our ownership and leadership team are committed to investing in the right person, the right processes, and the right culture to elevate our fixed operations to the next level. This is a key leadership role with direct responsibility for managing daily operations in both the Service and Parts departments. This position requires a hands-on leader who is actively engaged in service drive operations, technician support, and team development — not just oversight from behind a desk. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a build-and-grow opportunity. We’re looking for a leader who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and unlocking the full potential of a service and parts operation. If you’re motivated by making measurable improvements and building something strong, this is an outstanding opportunity.
