Who We're Looking For: 5-7+ years of experience dealership service and/or parts management Ford brand experience preferred, but not required Strong team building and leadership skills Ability to analyze and interpret financial operating reports What You'll Do: Continually train, develop, and mentor all service and parts staff Resolve customer concerns as needed Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis of service & parts operations performance (financial, CSI, warranty trends, inventory performance, facility utilization, head counts, pay plans), processes and their execution. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, and department production (flat rate hours sold). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience dealership service and/or parts management
