As a Fixed Operations Specialist, you will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention of current APCO accounts. Our District Managers nurture existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business and securing contracts, and maintaining healthy relationships. You will also be responsible for traveling to assigned accounts and potential accounts to provide sales support, training, coaching, compliance guidance and related services to dealerships, specific to their service center. They will perform a wide variety of duties to establish and maintain mutually beneficial, professional relationships with current dealer customers.
