About The Position

As a Fixed Operations Specialist, you will generate revenue growth by Training, Coaching and Installing best practices for increasing Fixed Operations performance. You will also be responsible for traveling to assigned accounts to provide these services to dealerships, specific to their service operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years as Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director
  • Must be highly analytical, process oriented, collaborative and creative in Fixed Operations
  • Must have a strong desire to share knowledge, answer questions and help others at all levels in the company
  • Must be intrinsically motivated (cannot require constant support/supervision)
  • Must be able to work successfully with team members in multiple locations
  • Must communicate in a clear, direct and effective manner with people at all levels in the organization and with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Must be dedicated to helping to improve business processes and results
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks of varying complexity and priority
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to share complex, technical topics clearly, concisely, effectively and professionally

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach best practices with Service Team as provided by DealerPRO
  • Build relationships and earn respect within all departments and at all levels within the dealership.
  • Must be able to communicate in an effective manner with dealership personnel in order to properly execute directives as given.
  • Work independently and manage work schedule while on assignment.
  • Complete Compliance review/training on all applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Maintain Monthly Comparison Reports for performance improvement and accountability
  • Prepare Monthly Contact Reports for training compliance
  • Install Performance Based Pay Plans as needed
