About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Fixed Asset Strategy, the strategic Fixed Asset Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and deploying company-owned propane assets. This role will support capital allocation efforts, drive redeployment strategies, and ensure assets are strategically positioned to meet customer demand while maximizing ROI and minimizing capital expenditures

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required
  • Demonstrated experience managing fixed assets (e.g., tanks, equipment, inventory, or serialized assets), including tracking, reconciliation, redeployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to coordinate asset transfers, deployments, and pickups across multiple stakeholders, including field operations and third-party vendors.
  • Experience supporting strategic asset deployment and reallocation plans to support growth while minimizing capital spend through refurbishment and internal transfers
  • Strong capability to identify inefficiencies in asset workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes.
  • Experience maintaining dashboards, creating spreadsheets, and reporting platforms
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequently changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate and build relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as part of a dispersed team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with strategic development plans for tanks and related assets to support growth and reduce inventory
  • Coordinate re-allocation of assets to optimize/mitigate capital spend through refurbishment and internal tank transfers.
  • Coordinate the reallocation of pump stations, cages, cylinders, and other assets with field operations and third-party vendors
  • Coordinate the deployment and pickup of company-owned tanks with third-party refurbishment vendors
  • Coordinate the transfer and pickup of tanks and other assets with field operations
  • Assist with establishing and managing HUB internal locations
  • Collaborate with logistics and field operations to streamline workflows
  • Maintain detailed records of company-owned tanks, monitors, and other related assets
  • Assist with asset utilization projects
