About The Position

Now hiring Fitting Workers for a manufacturing company in Streetsboro for 1 st shift, 6am – 4:30pm. Monday – Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays. Weekly pay at $17 per hour. Job Duties: Position and align fittings or components (e.g., spouts, plugs, bungs) into lids or containers. Load fittings into fixtures, jigs, or press feeds. Ensure correct fit, orientation, and placement before pressing. Inspect parts for proper seating, tightness, or alignment after installation. Perform minor adjustments or rework if parts are misfit. Handle and stage components for press operations. Support press operators by keeping materials flowing. Identify defects related to fit rather than machine operation.
