Requirements

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Experience: Deliver world-class service by managing fitting rooms with precision and providing a welcoming, professional first impression for every caller.
• Drive the Operation: Keep the store running smoothly by mastering daily logistics, from crafting shop schedules and signage to providing essential administrative support for the leadership team.
• Become a Product Pro: Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and develop deep product expertise to assist sales associates in smashing their daily goals and promoting our rewards programs.
• Champion the Culture: Foster a high-energy, winning atmosphere by multitasking with a positive attitude, solving problems on the fly, and treating every teammate and customer with genuine respect.
