Requirements
- Ability to pass a 3G stainless MIG weld test (3/8” thick)
- 2+ years of stainless steel welding experience
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Experience fitting and welding industrial equipment components
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Perform stainless steel welding using the MIG process
- Complete accurate fit-up and layout prior to welding
- Use and read levels, tape measures, protractors, and hand tools
- Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and dimensional requirements
- Maintain safe work practices and a clean work area
