Extensive contact with the residents and excellent people skills are required.

Requirements

• Great customer service skills
• Fitness experience
• Current CPR & AED Certifications
• Minimum age is 18
• Must be available to work a variety of shift hours: early am (5:00am), afternoons, evenings & weekends
• Must be able to lift 45lb weight plats and bars
• Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident and teen orientations of the fitness floor equipment
• Work and maintain fitness front desk area
• Assist residents with fitness class passes
• Re-rack free weights, sanitize and organize fitness area
• Responsible for reporting any faulty equipment and maintaining the safety & cleanliness of the fitness floor
• This position has no supervisory responsibility.
