About The Position

We're looking for a sales-driven professional with a hunter mentality-someone who loves creating opportunities, starting conversations, and turning interest into action. This role is about connecting first, selling second. Success comes from empathy, curiosity, and understanding people's goals-not pressure or hard closes. Base salary with a structured performance-driven commission plan designed to reward growth and results.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a self-starter, hunter mindset
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or coaching (required)
  • Comfortable initiating conversations in person, by phone, and digitally
  • Empathy-driven communicator who sells through value, not tactics
  • Organized, accountable, and motivated by results
  • 1–3 years of fitness sales experience
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or personal training
  • Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field preferred

  • Proactively generate leads and follow up with intent and consistency
  • Build trust through meaningful conversations and active listening
  • Guide prospects to the right membership or coaching solution
  • Convert inquiries into long-term members by solving real problems
  • Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
