Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
  • Confident closing skills and objection handling
  • Strong follow-up habits and pipeline management
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable across in-person, phone, and digital sales

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through outreach and referrals
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Build trust quickly and uncover prospect needs
  • Present membership and coaching solutions with confidence
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
